Aligned country-specific marketing packages with Jumia teams across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, and other SSA markets to maximize visibility.
2. Supply Chain, Country Pricing & Distributor Alignment
Worked closely with country managers to redesign Black Friday pricing architecture, ensuring alignment with distributor margin structures while still enabling aggressive promotional pricing on Jumia.
Resolved supply-chain instability by coordinating PSI, replenishment rhythm, and safety stock plans across all key markets.
3. Daily Performance Management & Tactical Optimization
Led day-by-day PSI tracking, reacting to real-time sales performance and inventory movements.
Coordinated with Jumia local teams on ongoing price adjustments, flash deals, and homepage placements to maximize sales velocity and Buy Box competitiveness.
Ensured continuous communication between marketplace, distributors, and regional teams for rapid decision-making.
