Project Overview:
Led Infinix’s first-ever global product launch for Zero 5, aimed at elevating the brand’s international presence and creating worldwide impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Served as overall project lead, coordinating across the event agency, media agency, and global marketing teams.

2. Managed an extremely tight timeline—only one month from concept to execution—while ensuring all launch objectives were fully met.

3. Delivered clear creative briefs and conducted agency pitching to appoint two lead partners: one for event production and one for global media.

4. Established a cross-functional task force covering event design & exhibition, media coordination (agencies + global markets), VIP logistics (arrivals, hotel, transport), product demo units, and on-site operations.

5. Led daily progress tracking and cross-team communication to ensure the event was executed on time and achieved expected media impact.

Project Achievement
1. Defined the global launch theme: “10x Optical Zoom, Stay True”, and collaborated with world-renowned photographer Antoine to produce a Zero 5 photography series showcased on-site and amplified across global media and social platforms.

2. Secured 128 media coverages, generating an estimated USD 500,000 in media value.

3. Achieved over 10 million online reach and 150,000 engagements across digital channels.
